At Effica Health, we’re redefining what midlife and menopause care can look like for women. We’re a fast-growing virtual care platform delivering evidence-informed support through perimenopause and beyond.
We are seeking highly skilled, compassionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioners to support other Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses and Clinical Pharmacists within our women’s health clinical team. In this virtual care role, you will work to your full scope of practice providing consultative oversight, lead complex case reviews, lead quality improvement reviews and serve as a resource for team members managing menopause assessments and treatment planning.
You will ensure clinical excellence by reviewing and approving treatment recommendations, providing second-line clinical evaluations when needed, and guiding patients and providers through nuanced decision-making. Your presence supports a culture of shared leadership and quality assurance in digital women’s health care.
This job is remote and can be filled from anywhere in Canada.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in good standing with one or more provincial regulatory bodies
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an NP in primary care or women’s health
  • Deep understanding of menopause, menopausal hormone therapy, non hormonal therapies and symptom management
  • Comfort reviewing and advising on interdisciplinary care plans
  • Excellent communication, mentorship, and virtual care delivery skills
  • Proficiency with EMRs and digital communication platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Menopause Society Certified Menopause Practitioner (MSCP) or equivalent
  • Participation in clinical education, mentorship, or quality assurance roles
