DESCRIPTION
Priory Hospital Roehampton is looking to recruit a Lead Nurse to join the team. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week.
Priory Hospital Roehampton, a registered hospital in London, is a welcoming and highly respected rehab facility, offering expert mental health and addiction treatment. We support people facing a wide range of mental health challenges, providing specialist care for depression, anxiety and addictions. Our team offers tailored treatment for substance addictions, including alcohol, cocaine and heroin, as well as behavioural addictions like gambling. We also provide outpatient support for adults with eating disorders.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Lead Nurse you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Registered Nurse on the relevant part of the NMC register who’s committed to ongoing professional development. You’ll hold a specialist qualification such as DBT, CBT, or NMP, and be a trained Practice Assessor or Supervisor. You’ll bring at least three years’ clinical experience, working within multi-disciplinary teams, and have held management or leadership roles. Strong clinical leadership skills and experience leading service development projects are essential.
