Responsibilities: The Clinical Team Lead helps to ensure the delivery of high-quality, individualized therapeutic services for pediatric patients while providing leadership and guidance to the therapy team. This role serves as both a clinician and a mentor, facilitating the clinical development of newer therapists, improving patient care outcomes, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the practice. Evaluate children of all ages and abilities, develop individualized plan of care, and provide effective treatment to progress children toward their goals while educating and supporting families through the process. Train, mentor, and provide clinical guidance to occupational therapy staff. Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to assist in providing the best patient care. Foster an environment that promotes communication, positivity, and accountability. Assist in developing and refining therapy programs, activities, and resources tailored to the needs of pediatric patients. Assist families in obtaining medically necessary durable medical equipment. Effectively communicate with patients, families, staff, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in community outreach, marketing, and events. Support the team and clinic so we can fulfill our vision and help more children.
