WHO WE ARE

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. The operations takes care of all operations related activities within the battery cell manufacturing. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of corporate product.

• Responsible for the digitalization of the battery cell production for all battery cell factories world wide - from raw materials supply to customer delivery; from factory shopfloor to enterprise planning level
• Enable the digitalization organization and processes to manage a stable ramp-up of the worldwide plants of PowerCo and also all worldwide suppliers and partners
• Responsible for creating the strategic vision for digitalization in PowerCo and its plants and taking actions to follow the strategy
• Connection and integration of the Factory Network into the PowerCo company processes and software, as well as into systems and machines
• Identification and development of data-driven methods (data analytics) to optimize production processes and reduce scrap
• Product management for Manufacturing Execution System and interfaces
