Role Summary: Implement the departmental policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, are fulfilled. Ensure awareness of and alignment to the organization compliance manual and the code of ethics. Prepare reports in a timely and accurate manner meeting DMCC’s and departmental requirements, policies, and quality standards. Own the monthly brand dashboard, collating relevant data and preparing the monthly report for stakeholders. Support brand projects, including the development of new brand expressions and initiatives Coordinate with internal and external creative teams to deliver brand materials Assist with briefing, feedback and delivery of creative outputs Manage our brand site and asset library – ensuring an up to date and accessible library of on brand assets for colleagues and partners. Aid in developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive branding guidelines, ensuring that all DMCC communications—across departments and subsidiaries—adhere to established standards. Support on the implementation of brand led marketing campaigns across all channels. Conduct market research and analyze brand performance metrics to support the ongoing refinement of DMCC’s brand strategy and inform campaign adjustments. Monitor global brand, design and communication trends, sharing relevant insights and inspiration with the wider team. Conduct regular audits of internal and external communications (print, online, visual, digital, and verbal) by verifying the consistent application of DMCC’s brand identity, and report findings with recommendations for improvements. Support the planning and execution of training sessions and workshops by educating internal teams and external partners on DMCC’s brand standards to ensure a unified and consistent brand presence. Management of the brand approval process, providing feedback to stakeholders to improve brand alignment. Escalating complex issues as required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Brand, Marketing or a related field from an accredited university.1-3 years experience in Client Relationship Management with strong communication skills. 5+ years of experience in Branding or a related field. Familiarity with Local Authority regulations and personnel would be an advantage. Communication Skills (Listening, Verbal, Written) Language Skills: English Senior proficiency. Arabic preferred. Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
