We’re seeking an experienced Lead Officer to oversee security operations and ensure the safety of employees, property, and assets. In this role, you’ll provide guidance to the security team, maintain compliance with assignment instructions, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding our core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. That includes: Ensure all personnel under your supervision have completed the appropriate site training Accurately roster and plan for all direct reporting officers, ensuring sufficient cover Conduct monthly check ins with all security officers Monitor and manage the appearance and behaviour of all security personnel Report all incidents Assist the Security Management Team Plan, develop and implement staff training Monitor faults with security equipment Monitoring of Access Control, CCTV, Detection and Alarm Systems Please note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role.
