Job Description We are looking for a Lead Operations Analyst to join our team! As a Lead Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and supporting Mass Markets field operations including processes, standards, compliance testing and test equipment support. You will have an in-depth, working knowledge of field operations and industry standards with a practical understanding of roadblocks, issues, and limitations the field faces. This role involves continuously looking for ways to remove roadblocks through technology and lean principles in order to streamline processes, automate daily tasks, improve quality, and reduce cost. As a Lead Operations Analyst, your duties and responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain field processes for mass markets field operations. Support field technicians as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on topics including DSL, GPON, field testing, remote speed testing, bonding and grounding, mobile tools etc. Lead deployment of processes and programs impacting all of field operations. Communicate process changes throughout field operations including executive management Work with other organizations to collaborate on improvements and develop new processes Develop system integrations in conjunction with vendors and or partners in other organizations Qualifications WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE: Bachelors or Equivalent and 10+ years related experience Extensive experience with Office 365 including Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point and Excel Extensive experience with Viavi HST 3000, ONX580 or test meters for similar use Extensive experience with fiber and copper facilities in a telco environment Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to identify performance drivers and trends Demonstrated experience working effectively within tight deadlines and firm schedules Good business judgement with the ability to overcome obstacles and think strategically to solve business problems Effective verbal and written communication skills.
