REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Brokerage Operations environment or within banking.
• Strong professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and issues while working independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate detail orientation, precision, and exactness.
• Comprehensive understanding of risks and controls.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable individual with the ability to handle changing priorities to support the team as needed.
• Institute continuous improvement approaches where appropriate; assess processes and make recommendations for workflow improvement.
• Exhibit a proactive nature and approach to learning, problem identification, and resolution.
• Demonstrates initiative by proactively generating solution options before escalating issues to management.
  The person selected for this position will need availability to work until 6:00 p.m. EST. The person will work 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST 2 to 3 days per week to process end of day trade allocations.
  Key has implemented a role-based Mobile by Design approach to our employee workspaces, dedicating space to those whose roles require specific workspaces, while providing flexible options for roles which are less dependent on assigned workspaces and can be performed effectively in a mobile environment. As a result, this role may be mobile or home based, which means you may work either at a home office or in a Key facility to perform your job duties. Person selected for the position depending on location may work partially on-site (minimum of two days a week at this time) from an office location. Management will determine and advise on in office work expectations.
