Must maintain a safe, clean, productive working environment at all times!!! Essential Job Functions/Duties: * "Hands on" management of department workforce including documenting discipline and training * Interpret production schedules and drawings, report daily production * Implement and enforce production and safety procedures * Oversee daily safety, productivity, and quality within department * Ensure work areas and equipment are kept clean and well maintained * Help manage daily purchases of supplies and materials * Report production metrics and maintain accurate records * Help perform and manage inventory of materials and finished goods * Verify E-time records and attendance Required Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year(s) supervisory experience * Relevant industry experience required * Leads when required, but able to work with others to achieve common goals * Time management, must understand "urgency" of manufacturing * Intermediate math skills * Computer knowledge / skills Preferred Qualifications: * Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus * Excellent understanding of written and verbal instructions * Quick thinker / flexible / problem solver Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: * Exposed to high levels of concrete dust * Work outdoors but may on occasion work indoors. Temperatures may vary due to weather * Regularly wear protective attire, such as hard hats and steel-toe boots * Exposed to sound and noise levels that are distracting and uncomfortable * Work in extremely bright or very dim lighting conditions Shift/Hours Expectations * Mon – Fri (weekends when needed) * 50 - 60 hours/week Additional Notes: Job responsibilities include but are not limited to what is listed in this document.
