JOB DESCRIPTION: LEAD OPERATIONS IT ANALYST
Ecolab Digital is seeking a Lead Operations IT Analyst to lead the Support function for Infios/Koerber Warehouse Advantage and Labor Management systems.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8 years of supporting Koerber implementations, users and development teams
- 8 years of experience with Koerber WMS configuration, testing and development (SQL, Architect and Page Editor)
- 6 years of experience with SQL Development in complex processes
- 3 years of experience with Architect and Page Editor
- 3 years’ experience within a global ERP Systems environment or IT
- Experience working on multiple projects and meeting project objectives in a timely manner
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, or related discipline
- Excellent functional knowledge of supply chain and warehousing processes
- No immigration sponsorship available for this position
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
- Experience with ERP systems and WMS industry. Must be trained in Koerber.
- Atleast handled 2 prior implementation projects / support on Koerber/Infios WMS
- Strong analytical skills using data
- Query and report development expertise
- Ability to mesh business requirements and system capabilities to drive improvements
- Ability to triage issues with other teams like ERP, Integration, Network, etc.
- Able to successfully manage core responsibilities independently or with limited over-sight
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Excellent organization skills
- Ability to maintain critical thinking while balancing multiple tasks
- Ability to work well within a team, focusing on building relationships with all project stakeholders.
- Proven ability of learning new skills, technologies, and passionate about conveying knowledge
