Responsibilities

As a Strategy and Operations Lead - AI, you will design and own AI strategic initiatives to improve our student experience. Your work will be crucial in building products that maintain the quality of human interaction while serving an exponentially growing student base.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally with other operations teams, product, customer success, and our learning team. You will be responsible for building a team over time and establishing clear roles and responsibilities for owning key metrics.

  • Define and execute our strategy to augment our coaches, instructors, and support staff, enabling them to deliver personalized attention to students at scale, including both operations, product, and AI-powered solutions
  • Lead and operationalize strategy for the support function at Stepful, ensuring our students get the support they need on a timely basis
  • Own end-to-end projects, including revamping processes, scoping product features, and hiring student experience professionals.
  • Develop and execute creative initiatives and experiments to improve the student experience at scale.
  • Collaborate regularly with our Product and Operations teams to design and implement solutions that satisfy our students’ needs.
  • Work cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, and Client Team to provide visibility into trainee feedback and help inform their roadmaps
