ABOUT THE ROLE
The Lead Operations Manager will oversee and optimize the lead generation and intake process, ensuring smooth coordination between marketing, lead operations, and intake teams. This role will be responsible for monitoring lead flow, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, improving data tracking, and ensuring high lead quality and conversion rates. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical know-how, and a process-driven mindset to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our lead operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, performance marketing operations, and intake process management with a deep understanding of how to track, analyze, and improve lead flow through automation, reporting and quality control measures.
