QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in lead generation operations, performance marketing, or intake process management (mass tort legal industry experience is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in operations management with a focus on digital lead flow and intake processes.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, will experience working in ClickUp, Looker, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM/lead management platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues in lead routing, intake systems, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing and intake teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for operational efficiency.
  • Experience in mass tort, legal marketing, or high-volume lead processing is a plus.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Lead Operations Manager will oversee and optimize the lead generation and intake process, ensuring smooth coordination between marketing, lead operations, and intake teams. This role will be responsible for monitoring lead flow, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, improving data tracking, and ensuring high lead quality and conversion rates. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical know-how, and a process-driven mindset to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our lead operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, performance marketing operations, and intake process management with a deep understanding of how to track, analyze, and improve lead flow through automation, reporting and quality control measures.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Monitor and analyze lead performance data, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Set up and configure lead flow processes, ensuring proper routing between marketing and intake.
  • Optimize automation and integrations between platforms.
  • Make configuration changes and troubleshoot issues within lead tracking systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Create and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lead intake, reporting, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to improve lead targeting and ensure accurate tracking.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, enhancing efficiency and reducing errors in lead management including standing up alerts and response plans.
  • Provide strategic insights to leaderships, recommending data-driven optimizations for lead generation and intake processes.
