Ensure all safety requirements are followed.
Monitor quality of product hourly and ensure customer’s standards are being met.
Consistently and ongoingly train all operators.
Understand capability of each machine and how it operates.
Troubleshoot problems with machines and/or core boxes.
Maintain and organize your department’s schedule, supplies, operators, etc.
Maintain good attendance and attitude.
Operate machines when needed
