OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Lead Operator to join our team. The Lead Operator will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations of five On Farm Anaerobic Digestion Plants in the North Yorkshire area.
This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, an understanding of AD, mechanical and electrical knowledge with the ability to problem solve.
The role would suit an individual with an agricultural background or strong mechanical maintenance background. In a leadership role currently, organised with excellent time keeping and people skills are essential in this role.
We offer good rates of pay, a company van and fuel card for travel around the sites, private medical and dental insurance, occupational sick pay, overtime and on call payments.
