ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Oracle R12 Financials modules including: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Management (CE), Fixed Assets (FA), General Ledger (GL), Tax configurations and validations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand L3-level financial business processes and translate them into detailed UAT test scripts.
• Develop, manage, and execute test scenarios to validate functional and integration aspects of Oracle Financials.
• Support business users during UAT cycles, guiding them through test execution and capturing outcomes.
• Coordinate with Functional Consultants, Test Teams, and Business Stakeholders to prioritize and schedule UAT activities.
• Utilize JIRA for logging test cases, tracking execution, and managing defect resolution.
• Work alongside the UAT Test Manager and Defect Manager to ensure all defects are raised, documented, and tracked for timely resolution.
• Provide regular status updates and raise risks or blockers as necessary to ensure test execution stays on track.

MANDATORY SKILLS

• UAT testing experience with Oracle R12 Financials.
• Strong functional understanding of Oracle EBS modules including:
• AR, AP, CE, FA, GL, and Tax
• Hands-on experience creating and executing test scripts for financial workflows.
• Proficient in using JIRA for UAT and defect tracking.
• Solid understanding of financial processes and how they align with Oracle EBS functionality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams and business units.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
