Description

We’re seeking a dynamic Lead - OTC Specialist to join our team and drive excellence across Oracle Fusion Order and Subscription Management. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the configuration, enhancement, and support of key modules including OSS, Receivables, and Revenue Management. This role is based in our Jersey City, NJ global headquarters which offers a hybrid work model.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business , or Information Systems .
  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud , specifically in Order & Subscription Management (OSS) and Receivables .
  • Strong knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process and Oracle Cloud Financials .
  • Proven experience in system configuration, personalization, and preparing functional documentation .
  • Proficiency in analyzing system logs, managing setups, and conducting data validation .

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience working in SaaS or other subscription-based business models .
  • In-depth understanding of Oracle OSS, RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Service) .
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and BI Publisher for reporting and integration.
  • Strong grasp of Customer Data Management (CDM) within Oracle Cloud.
  • Strong excel skills is an added advantage.
