Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities: * Performs essential duties necessary to clinic or non-acute operations to include: * Full Intakes * Reconciliation of Medications * Patient Education * Serves as a clinical expert and a team lead for all clinical staff in the outpatient environment while communicating effectively and working cooperatively with others. * Achieves desired patient outcomes using integrated approach. * Ensures improvements in practice settings by assuming responsibility for self-development in lifelong learning and providing direction and guidance to others regarding practice. * Serves as a resource, preceptor and mentor to the outpatient team. Minimum Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing * Licensure: RN licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse. * Experience: 3 years of registered nurse clinical experience. * Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.
