THE ROLE

We’re seeking a Lead Packaging Team Member to manage the final step of our production - getting our chips packed, sealed, and ready for shelves across Australia. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, precision, and supporting a small team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading daily packaging operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Operating and maintaining packing machinery.
• Training and guiding team members in packaging standards.
• Ensuring clear labelling, compliance, and consistent product presentation.
• Monitoring stock levels for packaging materials and reporting needs.
