Lead Paediatric Advanced Clinical Practitioner for INWD Walk-In Centres
Are you a passionate and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner looking to make a real difference in the lives of children? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can lead, innovate, and provide exceptional patient-centred care?
Inner Northwest Walk-in Services is seeking a dedicated Lead Paediatric Advanced Clinical Practitioner to spearhead the development and delivery of outstanding paediatric urgent care across our sites.

Lead and Innovate: Drive the evolution of our paediatric pathway, shaping the future of children’s urgent care in the Inner Northwest.
Empower and Mentor: Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and development to a team of healthcare professionals.
Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with internal and external partners, including GPs, local A&E departments, and Primary Care Networks.

Undertake 1:1’s with staff in designated teams, focusing on performance, productivity, clinical record keeping and prescribing.
Promote and maintain an evidence- based culture for staff updating and reviewing clinical guidelines and protocols and implementing NICE guidance and standards.
