About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Paraprofessional to support our Young Adult Services program. In this role, you will help oversee daily operations at transitional sites, support staff, and provide direct care to young adults working toward independence and recovery. This position is ideal for someone who is both a strong leader and a hands-on team player with experience in residential or behavioral health settings. Your responsibilities may include: Provide direct support and coverage for shifts as needed Coordinate and oversee daily shift responsibilities across sites Guide and support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care Maintain a strong on-site presence through observation, coaching, and role modeling Lead and facilitate groups, activities, and skill-building programs Respond to crises using trauma-informed techniques and sound judgment Ensure accurate documentation, incident reporting, and communication Collaborate with leadership to maintain a structured, supportive program environment Transport clients safely as required No two days are the same—and every day brings the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking reliable, compassionate individuals who are motivated to make a difference. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or actively working on a Bachelor’s Degree. Minimally, high school diploma/GED with some college level courses in related field. At least two consecutive years of successful human services experience in related position preferably with young adults with trauma histories and mental health disorders. At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred. SCHEDULE Tu-Sa 3p-10p RATE $18.62/hr. Rate increases to $19.13/hr after 6 months. Why Work at Marrakech?
