Job Description The Lead Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives with external partners (like resellers, tech alliances, cloud platforms). Their job is to create joint campaigns and programs that drive leads, sales pipeline, and visibility — all in collaboration with sales, alliances, and product teams. They act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns, co-branded content, events, and performance tracking. Core Role Objectives ● Develop and run joint marketing plans with strategic partners (resellers, system integrators, alliances, etc.). ● Drive campaigns that generate leads, boost brand awareness, and increase partner-influenced revenue. ● Own the end-to-end execution and tracking of partner marketing activities. Key Responsibilities ● Create and manage co-branded campaigns: webinars, digital ads, emails, solution briefs, and events ● Collaborate with partner managers, sales, and marketing to align on goals and KPIs ● Handle Market Development Funds (MDF): plan budget, approve spend, track usage and ROI ● Enable partners with ready-to-use marketing kits, templates, and product content ● Run partner communication programs: newsletters, webinars, portals ● Support new partner onboarding with GTM playbooks and training content ● Track and report performance metrics: leads, pipeline, ROI, campaign effectiveness Qualifications ● 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in partner/channel marketing ● Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, Google Analytics, Excel ● Strong project management and communication skills ● Experience with MDF planning and execution is a big plus ● Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Additional Information At Freshworks, we are creating a global workplace that enables everyone to find their true potential, purpose, and passion irrespective of their background, gender, race, sexual orientation, religion and ethnicity.
