Job Description The Lead Pastry Cook supports the Pastry Chef by overseeing daily pastry production, executing items from the prep list, and ensuring high-quality dessert and pastry service. This role involves hands-on preparation of baked goods, desserts, and other menu items, as well as assisting the baker with daily tasks. The Lead Pastry Cook helps maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and consistency, while also mentoring junior pastry staff and ensuring standards are met during production and service. Qualifications Baking experience required. Experience in a luxury setting is an asset Culinary degree required. Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations.
