Job Description As Lead Patrolman/Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising field operations, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards, and keeping our maintenance programmes running smoothly. Key responsibilities: Lead daily patrol and maintenance operations on the WWNOC South network Manage and coordinate field teams, ensuring safety protocols and work programmes are followed Respond to incidents, emergencies, and callouts on a rotating roster Conduct toolbox meetings, assign tasks, and oversee plant and equipment use Provide on-the-job training, monitor staff performance, and promote a strong team culture Maintain communication with supervisors, managers, and stakeholders Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership or foreman role within civil infrastructure or road maintenance A current STMS certification and Class 1 Full NZ Driver’s License Strong time management, decision-making, and team coordination skills A proactive attitude toward Health & Safety with a strong focus on compliance The ability to handle incident response and manage documentation and reporting Strong communication skills, be approachable, supportive, and team-oriented Additional Information Why join Inframax?
