Responsibilities

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute payroll processing with precision and punctuality
  • Oversee the integration and coordination of timekeeping and payroll systems
  • Maintain strict compliance with all applicable legal requirements and company policies
  • Provide educational support to employees regarding their payroll-related queries
  • Work in partnership with external payroll service providers to ensure seamless payroll and benefits administration
  • Generate essential payroll documentation, including postings, funding needs, and reports at the end of each month
  • Keep meticulous records of all payroll transactions and employee information
  • Process government-paid leaves such as paternity, maternity, and childcare leaves, along with tax clearances and National Service claims, in a timely manner
  • Ensure full compliance with local tax laws and legislative mandates related to employee benefits and payroll
  • Conduct thorough payroll reconciliations, cost allocations, back charging, and handle payment-related tasks
  • Engage collaboratively with both internal and external parties to manage payroll operations, reporting, and audits
  • Provide prompt responses to any payroll-associated inquiries
  • Promptly address and resolve any employee concerns or questions about their payrolls.
  • Engage in the continuous improvement of payroll processes
  • All other ad hoc as assigned
