MEET THE TEAM BEHIND THIS JOURNEY

We are looking for a Payroll Lead to join our People Ops team to ensure payroll excellence and identify ways to make things simpler, effective and scalable. We have to manage the suppliers in all of our geographies to deliver our payroll calculations, drive continuous improvement, maintain performance levels and, working through any issues in a collaborative way. You will work with the wider People team to understand how our processes can be improved and identify the impact of changes in policy and ways of working. When it comes to projects you will either be leading the ones identified by you or contributing as an SME on ones which need you.

Responsibilities
  • Execute payroll process ensuring accurate data uploads into payroll systems
  • Validation of payroll calculations through to final sign off and payment
  • Ensure compliance with taxation rules and statutory requirements
  • Execution of post payroll process providing data to Finance teams
  • Performance management of Payroll suppliers including monthly reviews
  • Ownership of payroll related issues through to resolution, identifying root causes and corrective actions
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the end to end payroll process
  • Lead on payroll projects and contribute to other projects as and when payroll expertise are required
  • Maintain all payroll process supporting documentation including content held on the knowledge base
