Lead Payroll Specialist

• Responsible for processing start-to-end Italy and other EMEA payrolls and other international payrolls. Handling all payroll input/output from payroll and HR perspectives, ensuring a compliant payroll in line with local legislation.
• Working closely with all stakeholders to ensure payroll data is processed correctly through the payroll and on time. Managing Risk and audits to payroll processing and compliance.
• Acting as an advisor to all stakeholders including benefits, compensation& rewards team, HR Business Partners, and HR Shared Services team, and providing training for those that need to be trained on payroll operations.
• Handling statutory reporting and statistics, managing payroll vendors, and other payroll operations linked vendors. Running small projects acting as an individual contributor for large payroll projects and supporting all initiatives and activities for process improvements.
• Responsible for ensuring all HR Shared Services activities linked to payroll are smooth.
