DESCRIPTION

The Lead PBX Operator reports directly to the PBX Manager/Supervisor. The Lead PBX Operator coordinates the PBX Operator staff as links to patients, doctors, employees and general public, providing prompt, efficient customer service.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
