For more information, visit www.blend360.com Job Description Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) with strong Decisioning expertise and ownership of technical solutions. Well versed with CDH and NBAD framework. Well versed with outbound schedules, volume constraints. Design, elaboration and implementation of business processes, strategies, rules, Analytical models (Adaptive, Predictive) Good understanding of CIC using CPD. Operations manager, Deployment manager, Action & Offer Management life cycle. Understanding of Customer interaction history, Journeys and channels. Lead class structure/hierarchy/use case design and data model to extend Pega framework(s). Ensure delivery of solutions within the structured time frame. Creating new treatment groups, classes, properties, data elements within Pega. Collaborating with business and technology teams. Evaluating impact of change requests to existing logic and display and updates the design document as necessary. Building/updating Decisioning components (decision table, scorecard, filter, strategy set, switch, and ranking). Working with the LSA to perform deployment and code-merge activities. Updating Decisioning strategies and design. Qualifications BE (or) M Tech in Information Science/Computer Science Minimum 10 years of experience which includes 4 years in Pega CDH. Note: Candidates already serving notice period are preferred.

Responsibilities

This role involves the design, elaboration, and implementation of technical solutions using Pega Decisioning, including managing business processes, strategies, and analytical models. The Lead Architect must also collaborate with teams, evaluate change requests, and update design documents while ensuring timely delivery.
