ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you’ll shape an exceptional workplace experience by leading key people initiatives. You’ll drive workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance with the Fair Work Act, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
As a trusted partner to leaders, you’ll guide the full employee lifecycle, support annual processes such as remuneration, performance, and succession planning, and contribute to organisational design. You’ll optimise HR policies, lead attraction and retention strategies, and turn data, surveys, and exit insights into action.
You’ll also coordinate change management, pulse and listening surveys, and partner on programs including Respect at Work and Diversity & Inclusion. Additionally, you’ll manage workplace resources and real estate services for the Brisbane Hub. This is your chance to bring data-driven insights and people-first solutions together to make a real difference across our business.
PREREQUISITES FOR YOUR SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE
We’re seeking a people-focused Business Partner with strong HR expertise and a passion for creating impact.
You’ll bring a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, plus solid knowledge of HR practices, the Fair Work Act, and employment instruments. With proven experience in workforce planning, employee relations, and delivering enterprise-wide programs, you’re skilled at coaching, change management, and navigating complex ER matters.
Your strengths include engaging leaders, delivering surveys and initiatives efficiently, and driving continuous improvement through data and problem-solving. Experience in workplace resource management and real estate services will be highly regarded. Most importantly, you foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where people and performance thrive.
