Job Description At Lionsbot, you’ll be part of the Autonomy team in development of perception software stack to achieve best performance autonomy. You will be responsible for the robotics perception stack, ranging from sensor selection and evaluation, sensor calibration, perception algorithms development and integration with navigation stacks.  Within the autonomy team, you’ll have independent deliverables and will be expected to take full ownership of executing them. Some of the key responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Collaborate closely with engineers across the hardware, navigation, localization and mapping teams to deliver high-quality autonomous software stacks that powers next generation cleaning robots. * Work across perception team to develop and improve the robustness of perception system to achieve optimal scene understanding * Evaluate cutting-edge sensors to determine optimal sensing system for next generation robots * Research and evaluate the state-of-the-art computer vision/machine learning algorithms and apply excellent algorithm design and programming skills to improve perception stacks * Develop point-cloud based 3D feature detection and tracking algorithms * Produce robust, well-tested C++ software Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Robotics, or a related field (or PhD with relevant focus) * 3+ years of industry experience in developing and deploying behavior, planning and control systems for autonomous robots. * Proficient in C++ and Python development on Linux. * Experience working with ROS1 / ROS2. * Hands-on experience with dynamic object detection & tracking using sensor fusion approach (pointcloud, rgb data) * Hands-on experience with Deep Learning Frameworks such as TensorFlow or Pytorch. * Experience working with sensor modalities such as Stereo Cameras, RGBD cameras and 2D/3D Lidars. * Strong understanding of sensor calibration.  If you have a passion for driving meaningful operational improvements, excel at analytical problem-solving, and thrive in a dynamic scaleup atmosphere, we invite you to join LionsBot and help shape the future of robotics innovation. *Only shortlisted candidate will be notified
