  • Responsibilities. Responsible for analyzing the existing system architecture and performance models to understand the complete business processes. Build enterprise-grade performance automation frameworks for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery. Design and Develop enterprise-grade performance frameworks for cloud and mobile applications. Architect and deliver highly-scalable and high traffic financial products by employing the right blend of latest cloud technologies and sound solution architecture. Design performance analysis framework to develop our next generation payment platform. Develop automated solutions for performance and chaos engineering drawing upon experience with AWS, applications, and infrastructure, including computes, storage, networks, database, and monitoring processes. Perform load testing, performance analysis and performance tuning to help improve overall service quality, availability, and reliability. Participate in MySQL performance tuning, real-time troubleshooting, and defining and implementing holistic monitoring of AWS cloud database. Identify and recommend performance optimizations of our applications and services on our cloud and on-premise solutions.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, related Engineering disciplines, or related field of study plus eight (8) years of related experience required.
  • Work Experience. Five (5) years of experience must include: Building enterprise-grade performance automation frameworks; Performance & chaos engineering; Load testing & performance analysis; Capacity & Scalability Assessments; Performance tuning; App Benchmarking; AWS; Performance analysis & tuning of Serverless compute & storage solutions in enterprise cloud provider services, including AWS, GCP, or Azure; Troubleshooting & identifying performance bottlenecks across End-to-End user journeys; Identifying & defining capacity planning & scaling strategies for application services, databases, and storage; Implementing chaos engineering & resiliency testing by introducing tools, including ChaosMonkey/ Gremlin/AWS Fault Injection Simulator; Performance testing & benchmarking of UI frameworks & native mobile applications.
