  • Salary: $131,830 - $135,397 (Pro-rata) + Super + Salary Packaging
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Provide advanced clinical pharmacy services to clinical trial participants across inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory settings, using expert judgment and evidence-based practice.
  • Lead the end-to-end coordination of clinical trial pharmacy activities, including staff training, protocol verification, ordering, dispensing, accountability documentation, invoicing, and sponsor site visits.
  • Drive the development and review of clinical trial protocols and electronic chemotherapy care plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with best practice standards.
  • Champion continuous improvement by initiating quality and safety initiatives, supporting trial-related audits, and contributing to data collection and reporting.
  • Mentor and train pharmacists, interns, and technicians in clinical trials pharmacy, while actively engaging with stakeholders and providing expert advice on investigational drug processes.
