OVERVIEW

Pine Ridge Wellness is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Physiotherapist to coordinate services across our Oakbank and Beausejour clinics. This leadership role focuses on supporting clinical excellence, collaborating with clinic owners, and liaising with the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba. The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to evidence-based care, and a passion for professional development..

EXPERIENCE

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clinic leadership.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a practicing physiotherapist
• Prior leadership experience is considered an asset but not required
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Maintain a 4 day per week active caseload, once established
• Uphold high standards of clinical quality, documentation, and patient care.
• Provide hands-on therapy to enhance mobility, strength, and function
• Act as a liaison between clinic ownership and the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba
• Mentor and support new graduates and early-career physiotherapists
