  • Ability to manage multiple projects across diverse geographies effectively.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Scheduler with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry to join our team in Kildare. The role will be instrumental in driving project success by leveraging expertise in scheduling, data analysis, and forecasting to manage large-scale projects across Germany and Denmark. This is a key position for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with optimized resource allocation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate project requirements and milestones into the master schedule.
  • Perform comprehensive data analysis and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, supporting decision-making processes.
  • Lead value management initiatives to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Monitor and forecast project timelines, resource requirements, and financial performance, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Manage utilities, fill-finish processes, and other critical project areas, ensuring seamless scheduling and execution.
  • Develop and manage reporting systems to track progress and identify risks, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Coordinate with project teams across multiple geographic locations (Germany and Denmark) to ensure effective communication and adherence to schedules.
  • Provide expert guidance on scheduling best practices and mentor junior scheduling staff as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
