The Role Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of enterprise Azure platform architecture, including networking, identity, security, and shared services Define and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards using Terraform and Azure-native tools Develop and maintain automation using Ansible, PowerShell, and scripting languages Architect, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Azure platform and infrastructure deployments Implement and enforce Azure governance using Management Groups, Azure Policy, RBAC, and Landing Zones Collaborate with Security and Risk teams to integrate compliance, identity, and security controls Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and mentorship to platform and DevOps engineers Enable application teams through reusable modules, templates, and self-service capabilities Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve Azure platform reliability and performance Who You Are Required Skills: 8+ years of extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in enterprise environments Strong expertise in Terraform for Azure infrastructure provisioning Proven experience with Ansible Automation or equivalent configuration management tools Deep understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD, and platform engineering practices Advanced knowledge of Azure services including networking, compute, storage, and identity Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) Experience with Git-based workflows and collaborative development practices Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience 8-10 years of experience in cloud, platform, or DevOps engineering roles Experience working in large, complex, or regulated enterprise environments Strong familiarity with: Azure Landing Zones and enterprise-scale architecture Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and observability tooling AKS and container-based platforms Knowledge of Azure security, governance, and compliance frameworks Relevant certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, Terraform) Being You The “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
