As the Lead Platform Engineer - Beam you’ll be the platform custodian, designing and maintaining an internal developer platform that streamlines software delivery, enhances engineering experience, and ensures performance, reliability, and security. You’ll lead a hybrid team, define the platform roadmap, and implement release and deployment automation.
You’ll also collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions and provide technical leadership in troubleshooting, monitoring, and infrastructure management.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Lead and coach platform engineers to deliver high-quality DevOps solutions.
• Define and enforce standards for scalability, fault tolerance, and security.
• Empower developers with self-service tools and workflows.
• Manage infrastructure, servers, databases, and cloud services.
• Drive platform improvements through automation, monitoring, and innovation.
• Collaborate with enterprise DevOps and platform engineering practices.
