In this role, you will take technical ownership and create solutions that supports our internal IT development organisation and help them deliver the best solutions possible. WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING We are looking for a new colleague who: Has proven experience shaping the Developer Experience Has great communication skills and collaborates effectively across teams Thrives in a collaborative, developer-centric environment, engaging in requirement gathering, feedback and mentoring Has strong programming skills in one or more of the following: Java, PHP, or JavaScript Has solid experience with CI/CD systems (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo Workflows), building pipelines, and automation Can balance working with both legacy systems and new services, making pragmatic and well-reasoned decisions Can break down and priorities large and complex features into smaller tasks Takes a proactive approach to improving solutions and challenging the status quo You need to be available in our Head Office in Brabrand at least 3 days per week.
