ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a Lead, Policy to drive innovative plan design initiatives and lead strategic policy development across CAAT’s multi-jurisdictional pension landscape. This is a senior-level role that blends policy expertise with stakeholder engagement, research, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Lead, Policy role is critical to shaping the future of our pension offerings and ensuring alignment with legislative requirements and organizational priorities.
