Essential Job Functions: Assist with, training, coaching, and performance of all team members Always communicate with all employees in all departments in a positive and professional manner. Ensures that the proper resources are available for shifts (garbage bags, PPE, gloves, chemicals, supplies, training, guidance, etc). Proceeds to the assigned area and follows department daily assignment sheet. Ensure employees follow the assignment sheet for the shift. Ensure that cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining public restrooms are completed according to property standards and posted schedule. Wipe down all slot machines and chairs. Ensure that employees are trained to complete the task, so the machines and chairs are free from dust, ash, fingerprints, and spills. Assign employees to clean and maintain outside areas of the casino including (but not limited to) parking lot, outside trash, doors, and windows. Assist employees with the task. Clean mirrors, glass, and furniture. Ensure employees are trained and complete the task at a level that meets property standards. Monitor and maintain all equipment that is used by the Porters. Ensure that public restrooms are stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. Must possess excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask. Able to work independently while keeping to the cleaning schedule. Attend meetings and training as required. Requirements Work Environment and ADA Requirements: Must have the ability to frequently lift to fifty (50) pounds, and seventy-five (75) pounds occasionally. Must have the mobility to easily move about the casino area and be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must have the ability to reach, grasp, bend, squat, and push/pull equipment. Must be able to work in a noisy, smoky casino environment. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Responsibilities
