You will lead a dedicated team to ensure the lot is organized and every vehicle is cleaned and prepped for delivery under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Lead & Direct: Oversee a team of porters to ensure maximum efficiency and quality. Quality Control: Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and readiness before customer delivery. Lot Management: Coordinate the movement of inventory to maintain a professional and accessible lot. High-Pace Execution: Thrive in a "fast-track" environment where timing is everything. Requirements Requirements Porter Experience Required: Must have previous experience in a dealership or professional automotive cleaning setting. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team or manage workflow effectively. Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license and the ability to safely operate various vehicle types is a must. Physical Stamina: Ability to stay on your feet and move quickly throughout the shift.
