Application Closing Date 21 October 2025 (Tuesday)Position Title Lead (Portfolio Performance Monitoring & Evaluation) Reporting To Lead (Corporate Finance & Portfolio Management)  Mission (Sources of Values) To grow the value and returns from renewable asset investments by monitoring and evaluating key business drivers and developing useful and valuable actionable insights to drive optimal strategic, financial, commercial and operational decision-making and value creation/protection initiatives within New Energy Division (NED).Accountability & Responsibility Spearhead and drive NED’s financial performance and enhancement through monitoring, evaluation and reporting of key portfolio and asset drivers, redflags, risks, opportunities and areas for improvements. Lead the analysis, evaluation and reporting of NED’s financial and non-financial (eg technical, business/macro-economic environment, ESG, business strategy delivery) performance via robust performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and progress towards meeting the overall business targets. Spearhead and drive strategic alignment and operational planning to ensure high-level strategies developed are effectively implemented and translated into day-to-day operations and measurable initiatives. Lead management reporting to internal and external stakeholders by establishing a consistent and reliable single reference point (single source of truth) for data and information. Drive the development and maintenance of NED Consolidated Financial Model (FM), which consists of NED’s financing/funding roadmap in addition to the individual operating assets’ FMs, to provide insights into the financial outcome or implications of different courses of action. Lead the monitoring and maintenance of NED Performance Management Reporting which includes NED portfolio dashboard reporting which enables consistent tracking of NED (financial, risk, technical, ESG, business strategy delivery) performance against overall business targets and divisional KPIs. Lead periodical evaluation of individual asset performance and monitoring of market and industry development to provide actionable insights and early identification of issues and opportunities to facilitate NED’s business and risk monitoring process and drive business excellence as well as maintain focus on business priorities. Provide advisory on areas for asset/portfolio improvements via operational improvement, asset/corporate restructuring, financial reengineering/debt refinancing as well as equity funding. Lead and monitor the information system development. Provide key guidance and resolve key issues relating to NED Playbook, as the pillar for NED to deliver sustainable long-term value to TNB by steering governance and driving effective performance management, monitoring and reporting. Responsibilities
The Lead will spearhead NED’s financial performance by monitoring and evaluating key portfolio drivers and reporting on financial and non-financial performance. They will also lead the development of financial models and performance management reporting to ensure operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
