Responsibilities Serve as the lead power washing technician for your crew. Drive the truck and equipment to the project each day. Employ the proper power washing and cleaning procedures. Work as a team to complete the project in a professional manner. Follow safety protocols. Ensure all equipment is operational before and after each shift. Deliver exceptional customer service. Experience working outdoors is required. Ability to safely climb ladders and work on roofs. Capable of lifting up to 50lbs. Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record. Work Schedule The position is primarily Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. The position may require overnight and weekend shifts, depending on client schedules. Compensation The role offers a base compensation range of $20 - $25 per hour. Potential for monthly performance bonuses.
