Job Purpose: The Lead - Transmission Line (HO)-Tx is responsible for leading, analysing, and governing the operation and maintenance of transmission lines across all sites. This role ensures the effective coordination and monitoring of O&M activities, the execution and deployment of standardized processes, and the preparation of comprehensive reports for monthly reviews. Additionally, the role drives technological initiatives for transmission line O&M and facilitates seamless interdepartmental collaboration to align operational goals and organizational objectives.
