REQUIREMENTS

  • An ability to work at height.
  • A safety-conscious individual with good attention for detail who poses a ‘Right First Time’ attitude.
  • Successful applicants must be team players.
  • This role will require you to work from away from home, time to time.
  • Physically fit and able to pass a working at height medical assessment.
  • You must also be physically fit as this role will be physically demanding.
  • Must have Full UK Driving License.

Responsibilities
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out scheduled PPM activities on telecommunications sites (towers, rooftops, monopoles, etc.)
  • Perform inspections of towers, mounts, and associated rigging equipment to ensure structural integrity and safety
  • Identify and report potential issues or hazards to prevent service interruptions or equipment failures
  • Conduct minor repairs or replacements of rigging components, cabling, connectors, grounding systems, and other related hardware
  • Test and verify the performance of radio and transmission equipment as part of PPM checks
  • Accurately complete site audit forms, reports, and maintenance records using mobile devices or digital systems
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and client SLAs
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including use of PPE, working at height procedures, and rescue plans
  • Liaise with site access coordinators, local authorities, and site owners when required
  • Maintain and inspect rigging tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
