Description This role is responsible for maintaining consistency and excellence in the overall patient experience while supporting the creation and implementation of strategies that enhance patient outcomes and streamline processes to add value to our partner practices. The position will assist in coordinating the delivery of HighFive’s standardized support services, process improvements, and patient experience initiatives under the direction of the VP of Patient Experience & Process Enhancement. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with Practice Managers to ensure exceptional partner satisfaction, alignment with practice goals, and successful execution of process improvement strategies. Prioritize and manage practice requests and discovery initiatives efficiently. Lead, train, and facilitate projects that align with HighFive’s strategic objectives and operational goals. Design, present, and implement new processes that enhance the patient and practice experience. Identify and execute opportunities for strategic growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to promote consistency and support day-to-day practice operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience. At least 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related role—preferably within a dental or dental specialty environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with executives, doctors, and team members. Strong leadership qualities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused work environment. Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support practice operations.
