OVERVIEW

Our team is looking for an individual who has a drive for helping young children grow and thrive, to take the lead in our “Bigs” classroom!
An ideal candidate would be responsible and reliable, as well as patient, caring and determined, and have a passion for nurturing young hearts and minds. Prior childcare experience is highly preferred and full time availability is necessary.
Our administration strives to be flexible and understanding, to create an enjoyable work environment where staff are comfortable and have a desire and willingness to do the work that needs to be done to support our wonderful kiddos.

• Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children
• Supervise children’s activities to ensure their safety
• Monitor and manage children’s behavior using positive reinforcement techniques
• Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Communicate effectively with parents and coworkers
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
  Pay starts at $10.00/hour through the training period. You would qualify for a raise after this once all necessary qualifications/certifications have been obtained. You would qualify for an additional raise once fully established as the official lead of the classroom, based on relability and goodness-of-fit.
