Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Pay: Competitive salary starting at $70,000 annually, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates based on experience and education.

YOUR ROLE AS LEAD PRESCHOOL TEACHER:

As the Lead Preschool Teacher for our 4’s classroom, you will guide students through a rich curriculum that blends academics, creativity, and nature-based learning. You’ll create lesson plans that engage children through hands-on experiences while following Department of Health protocols and fostering a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Curriculum & Instruction

• Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate The Art Farm’s philosophy of science, nature, and live animal learning.
• Create a positive, structured classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired.

Classroom Leadership

• Lead and manage the 4’s classroom, ensuring all activities meet developmental milestones and learning objectives.
• Collaborate with assistant teachers and staff to ensure smooth classroom operations.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with all Department of Health regulations.
• Complete required screenings, fingerprinting, and clearances prior to employment.
