As a Preschool Teacher, you will: Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for 1 year old babies. Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun! Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions. Do You Have: A genuine passion for the education and care of children and babies? Atleast 2+ years of professional teaching experience in a childcare facility and caring for infants and/or babies (required)? 3-4 years of experience with babies, is preferred. CPR and first aid certification? Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirement? CDA Credential: A current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential from the Council for Professional Recognition is a common requirement. Associate's Degree: An Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development is another option. Technical Certificates/Diplomas: A Technical College Diploma (TCD) or Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development also meets the requirement. Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree, especially in Early Childhood Education, is another acceptable qualification. Other Credentials: In some cases, 25 quarter hours or 15 semester hours from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education or Child Development may be accepted.
