Observes all rules and regulations at Primrose School of Castle Rock, and the local, state, or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children in childcare or daycare. Responsibilities

The Lead Teacher is responsible for the overall supervision and daily functions of a group of children, assessing their developmental needs on an ongoing basis. This role involves implementing approved lesson plans using the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum and planning parent-teacher conferences and student evaluations.
