QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience operating a press brake in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Set up and operate press brakes following company procedures.
• Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Maintain production records and follow quality control standards.
• Work safely and help keep the workplace clean and organized.
